The Site provides information about our Russian Blue cattery in Austin, Texas, including available kittens, breeding program details, and reservation information. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access non-public areas.
A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to reserve a specific Russian Blue kitten. A waitlist deposit of $200 secures priority placement on upcoming litters. Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price. Reservations are confirmed only after we receive and acknowledge your deposit in writing.
Russian Blue kitten prices range from $1,000 to $2,000 based on coat quality, gender, and bloodline. The remaining balance is due before your kitten goes home. We accept secure payment methods communicated at the time of reservation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice prior to reservation.
Each kitten is sold with our written health guarantee. The full terms are described on our Health Guarantee page. The guarantee is conditional on the buyer following the care guidelines and veterinary requirements set out in our purchase agreement.
Buyers may pick up their kitten at our Austin, Texas cattery by appointment, arrange professional delivery within Texas, or use nationwide ground or flight nanny services for out-of-state buyers. Delivery and shipping costs are paid by the buyer and quoted separately. Details are described on our Shipping page.
All content on the Site — including photographs, text, graphics, logos, and the Archangel Silver name — is owned by Archangel Silver Russian Blue Cattery and protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make every reasonable effort to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of any content. Photographs are representative; individual kitten appearance may evolve as kittens grow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archangel Silver Russian Blue Cattery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with any kitten purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that kitten.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
