Our first Russian Blue was Luna. She came home with us in 2020 and turned out to be exactly what the breed is known for: quiet, calm, smart, and very attached to her people. She also has solid pedigree behind her, and once we'd lived with her for a couple of years, breeding her felt like a natural next step.
We brought in Maxim, a titled Champion stud from a separate line, and ran our first litter shortly after. We've kept things small ever since, usually one or two litters a year, so we have time to handle each kitten daily and follow up with every family after they go home.
Archangel Silver isn't a side business or a high volume operation. It's just us, our cats, and the families we place kittens with.
