We're a small family cattery in Austin, Texas, breeding Russian Blues since 2020.
Our first Russian Blue was Luna. She came home with us in 2020 and turned out to be exactly what the breed is known for — quiet, calm, smart, and very attached to her people. She also has solid pedigree behind her, and once we'd lived with her for a couple of years, breeding her felt like a natural next step.
We brought in Maxim, a titled Champion stud from a separate line, and ran our first litter shortly after. We've kept things small ever since — usually one or two litters a year — so we have time to handle each kitten daily and follow up with every family after they go home.
Archangel Silver isn't a side business or a high-volume operation. It's just us, our cats, and the families we place kittens with.
One or two litters a year from two titled Champion parents. Health-screened, hand-raised in our home, and placed only with families we've spoken with first.
Every kitten goes home with a written 2-year health guarantee, full vet check, vaccinations, microchip, and pedigree records. We're always reachable after pickup.
Litters grow up in our living room, not in a separate kennel. Kittens are used to people, noise, and being handled by the time they leave.
Both our queen Luna and our stud Maxim are titled Champions, screened for HCM and PKD before being bred.

Once you've put a deposit down, we send regular photo and video updates as your kitten grows. Most families want to see how they're developing week by week, and we like staying in touch.
We'll also walk you through what to have ready at home, what food we feed, and any health notes specific to your kitten before pickup. After you take them home, you can text or call us any time — we'd rather hear from you than wonder how things are going.
We keep our numbers small on purpose. A few good kittens placed with the right families is the goal, not volume.
